1. I am grateful Claire was so happy when she met Nick's parents. I especially loved when she laughed and laughed and laughed on Sunday.

2. I am grateful we had such a fun time at the Dodger game Friday night. Yeah it was muggy hot, but there were a lot of good plays and hard hits. And as a special bonus, it was Star Wars night; it was like the universe gave me a birthday present.

3. I am grateful I could go out to lunch with Ellen on Saturday.

4. I am grateful Claire was such a good baby on the flights. She slept halfway to California, and slept the whole way from Pheonix to Salt Lake.

5. I am grateful I had a third interview at a law firm in Sandy. I think I did ok. It would be so nice to have something more stable and permanent and closer to home.

6. I am grateful I am feeling better now than I was a few hours ago. I have had a sore throat and sinus headache, and even a slight fever. I think the ibuprofen helped.
