1. I am grateful I had the experiences I did in court today. I definitely was not the perfect attorney, but I have since thought of some things to say next time I have a client taken into custody right there.

2. I am grateful I got to meet with a member of the stake presidency and was called to be the second counselor in the stake primary presidency. He was so nice in wanting to get to know us, and this calling will give me a good intro and testimony of primary without having to overwhelm me with dealing with kids all at once.

3. I am grateful we could help Gramma by making up the air mattress bed. She was going to pick up Grampa and Rick from the airport, but their flight got delayed until tomorrow, and she didn't want to drive through the canyon in the dark in the wind. It feels sl good to help her when she does so much for us.

1. I am grateful we have our own washer and dryer, and that they are completely paid off. It especially came in handy today doing 8 loads of laundry. I wanted everything to be clean after being sick.

2. I am grateful Claire was so happy to become with me today. She just giggled sometimes. I love her so much.

3. I am grateful we live so close to Target. I went and stocked up on baby food and toilet paper.

1. I am grateful for modern medicine that was able to rehydrate Nick last night.

2. I am so grateful for all of our neighbors that watched Claire last night and today when we were so sick so we could rest and not worry about Claire getting sick.

3. I am grateful Gramma came and cleaned and gave us a couple of more hours where we didn't have to take care of Claire.

1. I am grateful that the parking lot that I park in let me in on the first swipe of my card today. Sometimes it takes awhile, and yesterday it never let me in at all.

2. I am grateful that I got to put Claire down tonight. Yesterday she was asleep before I got home.

3. I am grateful I had a mostly successful activity days activity tonight. We talked about gratitude and made paper bag turkeys, which turned out cute even without me making a sample one beforehand.

1. I am grateful for a husband who let me sleep in and cleaned while I slept in. I hunk I have the most amazing husband ever.

2. I am grateful we went grocery shopping as a family just because I like doing things together, and in the car on the way there Claire was giggling at her reflection in the mirror and it was so cute.

3. I am grateful we stocked up on Honey Nut Cheerios. They are my favorite cereal.

1. I am grateful that Nick and I exercised even though we slept in. Sometimes when we sleep in we skip that.

2. I am grateful I had a good meeting with the attorneys I work for AND that I got called in for another project in Salt Lake.

3.  I am grateful that Nick and I had fun at the married student seminar tonight.

1. I am grateful Nick's scholarship money came in the mail! I thought we might not get it for a few weeks and that this month would be really hard, but it came. I can breathe easier for a while.

2. I am grateful that I got the book "The Wonder Weeks" from the library. I am excited to learn how to help Claire through her difficult developmental days.

3. I am grateful I got to spend the day in Heber with Gramma, Mandy, and Zach. And of course Claire.

1. I am grateful that I got to go to court today. I like going to court, and working 3 1/2 hours in the morning made me feel more productive the rest of the day, like I actually folded and put away all of the loads of laundry. Sometimes when I am home all day I don't even do that.

2. I am grateful that I got our half a package of disposable diapers back from the babysitter, so that we can go a little bit longer without buying diapers.

3. I am grateful that Claire took an extra nap today. She has been fussy lately, and the time change this week didn't help.

1. I am grateful for the priesthood. I have had so many priesthood blessings lately, nd they have been life savers for me. I am grateful for a husband who worthily bares the priesthood so he can be an instrument in giving me these blessings. I know they come from God.

2. I am grateful that Nick got a small check in the mail from UVU today. I have always heard stories of people getting checks in the mail when they paid their tithing and didn't know how they were going to pay bills, and now I have one. I cried when Nick opened it. It's not enough to pay a lot of bills, but it symbolizes that Heavenly Father is aware and taking care of us.

3. I am grateful we have such amazing neighbors. They had us over for dinner and games on Saturday, they watched Claire for me today so I could run to court and file a motion, and they brought us soup tonight. We enjoy their company nd they make me want to be a better person.
